• Supports in conducting pre-boarding of KPI/KPE member(s) in the JV Board, the pre- boarding process includes: collaboration with the JV management and other partners in agenda formulation, setting board schedules, following up on JV Board material receipt, analyzing the material and brining KPI/KPE board member(s) up to speed on the JV Board agenda/targets.
• Supports in monitoring JV Performance focusing on important key indicators (financial, operational etc.) via specific reporting system on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis as need be.
• Care taker of all JV shareholder's agreements, financing agreements and any other significant documents.
• Alerts Team Leader Manufacturing department to any issues - legal, technical, operational, commercial, process, etc.
• Supports the department in its role as the JV focal point for KPI Management.
• Supports the evaluation of KPI secondees in the JV, with support of KPI & JV HR departments, by mapping JV requirements, allocating the right resources to the JV, overseeing their targets/profiles formation and evaluating their yearly performance against their set objectives.
• Supports in overlooking the Country Office & Board committees (Marketing, Technical, Financial, Legal and HR) as per their targets/charters. Accordingly; creates a clear communication system where the information is timely shared between these structures.
• Supports in managing KPI Aruba Holdings board, KPE board and KPC board informing of the JV performance and progress all issues/matters.
• Supervises and communicates with the JV its yearly Budget and five-year plan business plans as wells as Opex and Capex ensuring cost optimization.
• Ensures that the JV Budget and five-year plan is transformed to KPI templates/forms effectively.
• Engages KPI Finance and planning groups for yearly Opex. In addition, Capex plans review.
• Ensures the finalization of any necessary agreements / documentation for the JV operation.
• Collaborates with BD group to transfer any lessons learnt to new JV ventures.

Plans & supervises the installation, testing, shutdown, maintenance, repair & re-installation of all Electrical & Electronic Equipment & Cabling within the gas plant such as low tension sub-station, transformers, generators, motors, pumps, compressors, air conditioning units, distribution panels, fire fighting panels, control panels, telephones, lights, switches & domestic power supplies; and ensure a continuous electrical supply from ministry of electricity & water (MEW) or stand-by generating equipment. Recommends the ordering of new or replacement equipment, and maintains equipment records.
Project Construction & Follow up Engineer - LPG Projects Department, New Um Al-Aish LPG Filling Plant project (North Kuwait)
• Prepare contract documents and other legal documents.
• Prepare technical specifications and required drawings and other technical data / information.
• Prepare evaluation procedures and reports for tenders.
• Prepare amendments and / or addendum to tendered projects.
• Write and review project scope, budget, contractual obligations, and all involved parties.
• Define project phases including major and minor milestones and deliverables.
• Identity and describe all work packages including tasks (i.e. WBS) needed to be completed and aligned with their resources in order to accomplish each milestone within the project.
• Specify relationships among tasks and estimate their start/finish dates.
• Specify the project critical path and delineate the project schedule and cost baselines.
• Measure the degree to which progress toward objective is being made.
• Determine and evaluate the cause of and possible ways to act on significant deviation from planned performance.
• Determine whether the project is behind schedule, on schedule, or ahead of schedule.
• Take corrective action to correct an unfavorable trend and take advantage of an unusually favorable trend.
• Implement project procedures and administrative requirements in accordance with company policy and standards.
• Collect all necessary information / data to develop project cash flow and payment schedules.
• Develop the project cost baseline and measure the degree of compliance and deviation including cost overruns and underruns.
• Coordinate with Finance Department for the verification of due payments.
• Update the cost account log continually showing the up-to-date payments, available budget, remaining payments, cash flow forecast, authorization of expenditures, and budget at completion.
• Preparation of various maintenance programs and repair of electrical equipment at the substations.
• Carry out the operation of the substations and follow-up of emergency works on electrical equipment.
• Prepare the technical conditions and specifications for the various repairs and maintenance of electrical equipments.
• Carry out repair work on electrical equipment at the substations and follow up with the contractors.
• Supervising the implementation of periodic maintenance, preventive and radical maintenance of electrical equipments.
BA degree in Electrical Engineering from Kuwait University
