I was born in 1997 and I live in Istanbul. I was introduced to sports during my secondary school years. First, I continued long distance running for about 1 year. Later, during my high school years, I started karate as a way to spend my time rather than as a sport. The approach and guidance of my trainer at the sports club I went to had a deep impact on me. To spend more time, I decided to do something sports, not as a hobby. Because karate disciplined me and made me more organized and planned in my normal life. I could express myself more with the self-confidence that sports gave me. With this self-confidence, I participated in karate competitions. I achieved degrees in my own categories. Every competition helped me control my shortcomings and my behavior. After reaching a certain level in karate, I started to help my instructor and crowned this job as an assistant instructor under the name of karate. It is a very proud thing to help trainers in sports in the Far East. I also carried forward this pride with that awareness. As an assistant instructor, I now had more division of labor and was able to handle it all. However, with the support of my instructor, I took a break for the university exam and got into the Department of Sociology at Istanbul University. I couldn't do karate in the first year because of university. Although I wanted to join the school team the next year, some negative circumstances pushed me away. Even though I tried to continue individually, it did not satisfy me and I decided to quit karate. While I was paying attention to university, I was introduced to crossfit sports. At first, my goal was to do sports and spend my free time. Then, when I learned that there were competitions and my desire to compete still continued, it made me even more attached to this sport. I participated in 4 crossfit competitions held before the pandemic. I got 3rd place in a competition. The pandemic shook the world and we had to take a break from university and sports. Schools have switched to completely online education. At that time, I only came to Istanbul for school and since I didn't want to leave, I thought about ways to stay here. This thought made me say that I could do the training I used to do again, and I knew that I had to get training at the first stage and become more professional in this way. I received training from FMI as a functional fitness instructor and on postural disorders. Since I used to do crossfit as a hobby, I started working as a functional trainer in a gym. After spending some time there, a good opportunity came my way and I started training with Sami Hamidi, a good name in the fitness community. After being here for a year, what really made me happy was teaching in a simpler hall where imagination would come into play. That's why I started working at TRIBE gym, which is a crossfit gym. I still enjoy teaching and training there. I wanted to start pilates training as I did not want to give my members a feeling of inadequacy while teaching. Because if they wanted to take lessons from anyone, not ordinary people, they took a very special step to change themselves. If he chose me for this special step, I want to do it properly. I don't want anything missing from me. That's why I continue my training whenever I have the opportunity. I enjoy trying various training methods. These kinds of things improve me more and I can get out of the ordinary with the people I work with.
