• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects
• Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
• Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field
• Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status
• Assign responsibilities and mentor project team
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support
• Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions

· Sound understanding in the Design, Planning and Execution of various Projects such as High rise building and Luxury Villas.

· Planning of raw materials based on stock levels, Demand and ROP (Reorder point) including sourcing, purchasing, transport, warehousing, and distribution.

· Quality Assurance for the final delivery approval.

· Maintaining safety on site through promoting safety culture.

· Execution of projects against assigned budgets.

· Work allocation including Over Time management of labors and supervisors.

· Handling rejected material and coordinating with the supplier for

· Preparing bid summaries and conduct cost analysis.

· Identify new opportunities, develop strategies, and execute those strategies to drive significant value to the business (Value Creation and Value Protection).

· Responsible for the proper execution of all works

· Setting out works/ checking the same to see that works are carried out according to approved plans.

· Scrutinize, review of tender drawings/documents for discrepancies, additional BOQ items/scope and incorporating within the tender offer.

· Preparing Client Bill.

· Survey, Investigation, and collection of all field data.

· Create cost comparison sheet and present to the head of Project Team for further approvals.

· Discussion with department/project heads for order finalizations.

· Regular monitoring of process performance.

· Reviewing final output before intimating management about final project.

· Training about the process on regular basis.

· Distribution of day-to-day work as per the projects allotted.

· Site supervision along with quality assurance rules & criteria and executing the same as per drawings and standards.

· Managing tender documentation & review for accuracy along with

estimation and costing.

· Consulted with clients to determine project scopes of work, including space planning, layout, FF&E utilization, and colour schemes.

· Meeting with External and Internal Stakeholders

· Preparing Sub-Contract Payment Certificate.

· Setting up the logistics in an efficient manner for successful project completion.

· Design reviews, co-ordination, site supervision and attending progress meetings for CS-4 works with the Client BPCL and PMC Engineers India Limited.
