• Operated and maintained Hydro VDC Casting Machines, ensuring high uptime and reliability of equipment for production needs.

• Conducted comprehensive troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on various furnaces, including Casting, Melting, and Homogenizing units.

• Collaborated with HERTWICH Engineering and HYCAST Automation systems to perform routine preventive maintenance and uphold system efficiency

• Hands-on expertise with Johnson Controls Metasys BMS, including system integration, monitoring, and optimization for power saving and performance enhancement.

• Practical experience working with ammoniabased refrigeration systems and secondary coolants (glycol, water, thyfoxit) to achieve multiple levels of cooling

• Skilled in utility systems operations including chilled water, glycol water circulation, and heat recovery systems, ensuring reliable and efficient plant performance.

• Strong knowledge of control systems commissioning, industrial control panels, panel/field wiring, PLC-based control logic, and networking within BMS environments.

• Supervised technicians in installing and maintaining MV, LV, and HV systems, overseeing safety and operational efficiency.

• Conducted testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical apparatus, including transformers and switchgear, across range of voltages from 415V to 11kV.
