At NAMA Women Advancement, I play a vital role in shaping and driving initiatives that promote gender equity and inclusive economic and social growth. NAMA collaborates with local and international organizations, believing that women’s advancement is fundamental to the sustainable development of nations. Through its affiliates—the Sharjah Businesswomen Council and the Irthi Contemporary Crafts Council—NAMA designs and implements initiatives supporting women across economic, professional, and social sectors, while building a global ecosystem that realizes women's full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead the development of NAMA’s vision, strategy, and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while supporting policy, framework, and process development across departments.

· Manage organizational excellence by enhancing stakeholder satisfaction, analyzing feedback, and driving strategic service improvement projects.

· Implement a Risk Management Framework and monitor organizational performance and KPIs to ensure targets are met.

· Oversee NAMA’s participation in local and international awards to strengthen recognition, visibility, and impact.

· Develop and optimize organizational structures, roles, and responsibilities, setting standards for project management, performance, and planning across all departments.

Accredited Excellence awards assessor with different awards like Mohammed Bin Rashid award, Global Star Rating System for services. Member of different jury panels for Innovation and Start-ups, also worked as assessor in different organizational excellence awards.

C-level executive reporting to the Director General and member of the AFZ Leadership Committee. Led and managed three key departments: Strategic Planning & Excellence, Risk Management & Quality Assurance, and Business Development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developed and executed the 5-year strategic plan and clustering programs to create specialized business zones.
• Managed 25–30 employees and multi-disciplinary teams, overseeing budgets, business development, risk, quality, and service innovation.
• Directed investment portfolios, joint ventures, subsidiaries, and international offices, identifying new revenue streams through market research and benchmarking.

Achievements:

• Led AFZ’s full institutional transformation, positioning it to adapt to market changes.
• Drove AFZ’s global rankings: 7th globally for FDI 2021 and 5th in 2022; AFZ also earned 5 Stars in the Global Star Rating Program 2021.
• Represented AFZ internationally, including as a speaker at SIL Barcelona 2022 on the re-emergence of SEZs.
• Streamlined real estate investments with annual revenues of AED 20M and acquired Ajman Boulevard valued at AED 60M.
• Managed China Mall Ajman’s strategic partnership generating AED 40M annually.
• Turned around the "Pathway Group" subsidiary from loss to profitability, achieving 100% improvement in financial performance.

• Ajman DED Development & Transformation Project (Aug 2014 – Jan 2015):
  Assigned by HH Sheikh Ahmed Al Nuaimi to a special team of five to manage and execute the activation of the Ajman Department of Economic Development (DED) in line with the Amiri Decree. Oversaw the transfer of services, operations, and resources from Ajman Municipality and the Chamber of Commerce to Ajman DED.
• Strategic Advisor to the Ruler’s Representative for Administrative & Financial Affairs (Oct 2018 – Nov 2019):
  Served as Strategic Advisor to the Chairman of Ajman DED, identifying improvement areas, supporting sustainable operational development, and advising on strategic directions for economic growth.

Assigned as project manager for Establishing Ajman Social Responsibility Centre additional to my role, the canter aims to advance the positive CSR role of private sector and application of it in the emirate to ensure long-term social and economic well-being in the emirate via four focus areas which are Strategic direction, Knowledge, Consulting, and Partnerships.
