I have almost 20 years of nursing experience. Throughout my professional career, I worked in a variety of capacities and held a variety of responsibilities. From 2001 to 2009, I worked as a registered nurse in Jordan. Then, in 2009, I came to the UAE and began working as a dialysis staff nurse before becoming a pioneer in the Renal Community (Chronic Kidney Disease Early Detection Program). Later, for several years, I headed the CKD program, proudly initiating the CKD outpatient clinic services, providing high-quality care to patients with poor kidney function levels, and educating my nursing team to educate and advise CKD patients. I've been recognized for my contributions to clinical evidence-based practice, and I'm looking forward to achieving even more and getting my Nursing Master degree.
