• Gathering and understanding customer requirements, conducting site surveys, risk assessment, design LiDAR coverage study and choosing right application integration partners, preparation and submission of technical design and proposal document to the customer
• Managing, scheduling and conducting Demo/Trails/PoC remotely and onsite
• Technical support for customers in EMEAI region for Quanergy LiDAR based application sector like Security, Smart city, Transportations, Smart spaces, Mapping, AGV and Industrial
• Beta program management and support to partners
• Understanding customer feedback and reporting to the engineering team
• Project tracking and reporting
• Conducting technical training and certifications to partners on Quanergy LiDAR and applications
• Training new employees onboard
• Updating and presenting to regional customers on new release versions

• Coordinate internal resources and other contractor for the flawless execution of project
• Ensuring adequate technical support to on site activities including start up, supervision, commissioning and closer support
• Analyse the Technical Project Scope of Works relevant to the project (scope, technical issues and risk assumptions).

• Dubai Airport C3 extension project as SACS T&, Duties include:
• Testing and commissioning of SACS control systems (CEM)
• Standalone testing of SACS IB before installation
• Configuration through CEM Access control and special airport security management software (AC2000)
• Integration of FAS with access control system
• Online testing and configuration of SACS control systems
• Performed testing of SACS system along with the consultants and clients
• Attending inspection with fire Chief for the exit doors
• Issue of access cards with access limits and controls
• Assembly and wiring of SACS IB
• Configuration of Microsens FTTO with NMP software application
