- Company Overview: Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi is a unique and unparalleled extension of US-based Cleveland Clinic’s model of care, specifically designed to address a range of complex and critical care requirements unique to the residents and communities of the United Arab Emirates.
- Successfully implemented an Enterprise wide Self-Service Business Intelligence (SSBI) and Data Strategy at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi. The SSBI consists of 40+ Data Analysts, Data Scientists, 50+ Business Analysts, 200+ Data Stewards and 3000+ Knowledge users.
- Proposed a strategy for the implementation of a ‘platform for innovation’ comprising a sophisticated end-to-end cloud based BI ecosystem. Through the rapid deployment of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) technologies, the value embedded data could be more easily liberated to solve complex business use cases. The system ensured agility in a competitive marketplace and provided further ROI through the direct and indirect monetization of both our structured and unstructured data. Integrated governance tools would also be deployed to further build trust and expedite data democratization. The new platform, including the Tableau to Power BI migration, will result in significant performance improvements and cost savings.
- The BI team developed several data governance tools required to support the SSBI structure such as a Data Catalog, Data lineage tools, Access Management utilities, Information Request Forms, Metric Definition Dictionary, Knowledge Wikis, Just in Time (JIT) instruction content.
- The BI team under my guidance developed numerous advanced analytical data products to support business and clinical operations, analytics ranged from descriptive, diagnostic to predictive and machine learning across 400+ Tableau, Power BI visualizations and models.
- Multiple performance management dashboards were developed by leveraging EPIC’s Clarity and Caboodle data models to improve efficiencies and labor costs. This includes organizational and departmental scorecards, productivity dashboards for physicians, nurses and allied health.
