• - Drafting of mechanical equipment installation layout for AHU, Chilled water pump, Chillers, HVAC with detailed plan and elevation coordinated with other trades and services for easier installation and maintenance, location of valves, gauges and other accessories needed in the system, proper connection layout for out-going and incoming ducting and piping for all system.
• - Rendered actual site inspection for the area that ready to install mechanical equipment, such as Fans, FCU, AHU, and Chillers.
• - Prepared Bill of Quantities for ducting, piping, equipment and mechanical accessories for the on-going and new projects.
• - Responsible of providing detailed shop drawing for hot and cold piping for domestic water and storm/waste water drainage piping layout as per design drawing issued by the consultant.
• - Provide installation details for all sanitary fixtures and equipment including wash basin, water closet, shower, bath tub, bidet and other accessories.
