1. Responding to the customer queries and request related to flights schedules, shipments and its Airline bookings in iCargo Platform.

2. Arranging and preparing the required documents for the importation, exportation and transit of shipments.

2. Tracking the shipment status and liaison with outstation team in destinations for clearance and delivery

3. Arranging fleet service to the customer for collection and delivery of shipments

4. Preparing arranging and preparing documents for custom duty exemption and clearances

6. Providing, Pre Alert Messages to Destination for shipment arrivals

7. Sending AWB and Custom Bill of Entry to customers upon successfully execution.

8. Completing the job files and forwarding it to Finance

9. Ensuring the SOP for smooth, secure and excellent logistics service to clients and customer

• Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments
• Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels
• Making special shipping arrangements as necessary
• Tracking and fixing shipping errors
• Preparing bills and invoices
• Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards
• Developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized

• Secure Valuable vault opening and closing Operations for storage and release the shipments
• Dispatching the shipment and armored trucks in a timely manner
• Allocating and dispatching the correct vehicle types as per client request
• Monitoring and Scheduling the vehicles maintenances
• deploying the crews as per operation requirements
• Making inventories of shipment and asets
• Vehicle management and Monitoring of vehicles on GPS screen
• Handling incoming and outgoing calls
• Ensuring smooth change over with the next person taking over the shift including all jobs are allocated and flights check to their correct pick-up times.
• Overseeing the efficient allocation of assets and resources, maximizing productivity and fleet utilization at all times, and exceeding customer expectations

1. Scheduling crews for attending flights for shipment arrival and departures

2. Coordinate with Operation Team for Acceptance and Release of shipments.

3. Ensuring the escorting of High Value shipments up to the Aircraft and back to the Strongroom.

4. Checking the physical and seals status or shipments

5. Report any damage of shipments container or seal as per SOP
