HIGHLIGHTS:

Ø Spearheading the entire functions related to HSE implementation and management, training & monitoring and HSE auditingin online EHS Application to monitor Organizational HSE KPI.

Ø Ensuring of safe handling and disposal of hazardous chemicals as per Safety Data Sheet (SDS) & Maintaining of Track record of the waste disposal through approved local waste disposal contractor.

Ø Safety management, incident investigation & coordinating and leading variety of people and projects/offices with an ability to develop strategic HSE plans, Waste Management Plan.

Ø Ensuring that OHSA, EPA, HSE Standards & Procedure are adopted throughout the project and that all activities are fully documented in the project HSE Management Plans in line with Customer requirements.

Training:

Ø Developing and training of various safety courses such as Safety Induction, Emergency procedures and emergency evacuation, Work Permit System, Personnel Protective Equipment, Confined Space Entry, working at height Etc.

Preparation and implementation of training modules and schedules.Ø Conducting regular safety trainings to the staff for a better understanding on safety.

Ø Deft in monitoring & supporting on-going projects for HSE performance improvement, through site inspection, updating procedures, developing new procedures, action plan, training, conducting meetings, etc.

Ø Training the HSE team on various topics as per the project requirements and local standards.

Ø Responsible for overall implementation of Facility Management / Environment, Health and Safety and Security Standards in accordance with all applicable state and federal guidelines and any other governmental agencies

Ø Providing Administrative, commercial, and strategic support to the business

Ø Conduct Internal & External surveillance audit for Occupational Health and Safety ISO 45001:2018 & environment Management System (ISO 14001:2015), raising NCRs in case of non-Compliance and ensuring their closeouts with QHSE standards

Ø Conducting investigation report for (injuries, accidents, Spill, Fire, near misses, unsafe condition, unsafe act, initial report, consequences, root cause analysis, measurement, material method machinery, manpower) for develop measure corrective action. .

Ø Preparation of EHS risk assessments &HAZOP &BHM and Implementation of appropriate controls.

Ø Look after the safety permits for hot work jobs, confined space entry areas, LOTO system , Work at Heights, Electrical works, Excavation and Loading and Unloading of flammable and hazardous chemicals.

Ø Conducting emergency training programs, delivery of basic emergency awareness training and drills on base of the emergency scenarios that might occur and result in significant impacts on the environment as well as threaten the life of the employees, visitors and the contractors.

Ø Creates and facilitates HSE engagement through HSE teams and committees needed to accomplish the established targets and objectives.

Ø Developing Training Need Analysis for each position or role to determine training/certification requirements to meet the standards imposed by Legislation, Approved Code of Practice, or EHS guidance.

Ø Developing specific safety procedures with the Site Team to address identified risks/opportunities & challenges

Safety Management:

Ø Implementation of the Safety Assurance plan within the project team.

Ø Coordinated and evaluated the plant EHS Incident management system's effectiveness and assigned appropriate corrective actions.

Ø Investigate unsafe acts and conditions and provide solutions to prevent recurrences.

Ø Risk Assessment and studies (HIRA/ TRA/ ARA/ JSA/ABRA) HAZOP &BHM &Bowtie &HVA HAZID, ENVID, OHRA, and SAFEOP & SIMOPS and Implementation of appropriate controls for project activities.

Ø Establish and manage the Project Safety Control process including audits, reviews, etc., in order to ensure that project objectives are met.

Ø Liaised with external agencies (i.e. Ministry of Labour, Ministry of Environment and Municipality) and followed up on compliance issues.

Ø The preparation and Implementation of Project HSE Plan, objectives and systems with Company requirements.

Ø Forecast the challenges in the projects and set proactive steps to solve and drive a smooth flaw less production of Safety.

Ø Conducted regular safety meetings on weekly/monthly basis with all the HSE staff on site and followed up on the action points with respective department heads.

Risk Management:
