• Act as the primary point of contact between the company and clients, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining strong relationships.
• Managing sales portals by monitoring new enquiries, ensuring timely responses, and submitting accurate proposals through the portal.
• Process all sales orders with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring timely execution.
• Communicate proactively with clients regarding unforeseen delays, changes, or issues, providing solutions where possible.
• Prepare and maintain regular sales reports, monitoring performance, sales targets, and the progress of ongoing deals.
