BILLY HAMADEH

Billy Hamadeh is a food and beverage professional who has called Dubai home since 2004. He considers the United Arab Emirates his second home and has made significant contributions to the success of numerous restaurant openings across the city. With a solid background in food and beverage operations management, Billy has played a pivotal role in the launch of 22 establishments, spanning fine dining, casual restaurants, beach clubs, bars, nightclubs, and hotel F&B operations.

Some of the prominent establishments Billy has been involved with in Dubai include Café Del Mar, Stereo Arcade, Meydan Beach luxury beach club, Giannino Ristorante (fine dining Italian), Couqley French Bistro & Bar, as well as the Meydan Hotel and Melia Hotel.

Billy also serves as a hospitality consultant for the Salmontini brand (Le Bistros & Le Resto) and the French-inspired Salama project, specializing in oriental and Mediterranean cuisine and bar concepts. In addition, he currently holds the position of Director of Operations for Brunch & Cake in the UAE market. Brunch & Cake is a globally recognized all-day brunch concept originating from Barcelona, known for its vibrant atmosphere and innovative menu. With 20 locations worldwide, including in Spain, the UAE, KSA, Bahrain, Egypt, and India, Brunch & Cake offers a unique dining experience that celebrates culinary creativity and community.
