In Quality control department (QC):Conducting Inspections before, during and after completion and at various stages of work, identification of any errors and rectifying prior to final completion to ensure better quality standards for the following type of structures.

Ø Structural works – Piles, Pile cap shells (Marine and land), diaphragm walls, pile caps, shotcrete, underground metro stations and structural works, multi-storey underground buildings, Reinforcement, Shuttering, concrete, columns, slabs and beams, prestressing slabs, flaring columns and steel embedded structures

Ø Road and infrastructure– Parking areas, subbase, asphalt layers (Binder and wearing courses), road marking paints. And utilities like Storm water, irrigation line, electrical substations.

Ø Bridges & Precast works– Precast segments (Spine, wings, balanced cantilevers, I & box girders), stressing and grouting works, Erection and alignment, gluing and stressing, Elastomeric and POT bearings, Grouting of bearings

In Quality assurance department (QA):

Ø Audit (Internal & External), Site walks, Daily walks:

-  Conducting Internal and cross project audits and submission of respective reports to the concerned team/person as per ISO 9001:2015 and project Quality plan requirements

- Closure and handling of multiple volume of received NCR/SOR’s and issuing NCR/SOR reports to contractor and sub-contractors.

- Issue and coordinate Internal/External Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), Site observation reports (SOR), Site Walk reports, Daily inspection observations etc.

- Participating & Conducting Daily/Bi-weekly/Monthly site walks with clients and preparation of reports and responsible for verification of evidence submitted by contractor.

Ø Documentation:

- Preparation of Monthly Quality Report (MQR), Monthly Inspection Reports (MIR) and submission to client for approval

- Preparation & Review of construction work procedures, Inspection and testing plans, Material submittals, Pre-Qualification documents and checklists for construction works with reference to project specifications and BOQ.

Ø Material Approval:

- All finishing materials approval from client as per project specifications, client requirements and confirming to IS/ISO/ASTM/BS/EN standards as Project Material engineer.

- Preparation of Concrete pour sequence plan for Mass concreting works

- Involved in factory inspection of construction materials and inspection according to respective Inspection and Test plan/ Specifications/Standards

Ø In Batching plant:

- Involved in laboratory activities like concrete trial mix design (Shotcrete-Up to M60 Grade, RCC-Upto M80grade, PCC), testing of concrete (Fresh and hardened - shotcrete, RCC, PCC), aggregate (Coarse and fine), cement, fly-ash, GGBS and admixture as per approved frequency

- Reconciliation of bulk materials like cement, aggregates, admixture, fly ash and GGBS.

- Concrete production in batching plant and coordination with site team
