Application: Architectural, Power Plant, Irrigation, Electro-mechanical industry, Construction, Chemical & Water Processing industries, Decorative and Domestic applications.

• Responsible for Production Targets, meeting Delivery schedule, Productivity, Product Quality, Manpower handling
• Achievement of pre-defined daily /weekly targets
• Coordination with different departments within the company to achieve customer and company master schedule milestones
• Planning and proper execution of man, materials and machines
• Coordinate internal meetings of New Projects and review of new projects
• Responsible to develop and execute Production Plan and ensuring production at optimum capacity
• Organizing Periodic Review of Production Targets, achievements, deviations and preparation of corrective action plan; using statistical tools / techniques to impact on process for improvements
• Maintain documents on daily basis
• Achieve customer quality targets and production targets etc.
• Preparing Quality documents for each products.
• Issuing NCR and rectifying all the issues
• Following all the related standards for the production
• Maintaining quality laboratory and Perform factory in-house tests
• Perform Internal and external auditing.
• Maintaining the factory as per ISO 9001:2008 Quality System.
