Change bed linen and make beds. replenish bath care products(e.g. soap, shampoo and conditioner), dust furniture, tables, shelves, clean public areas like corridor and hall ways etc,replace used towels, restock beverages and food items in the mini-bar, vacuum carpets, address guests' queries (e.g. on additional services), sweep and mop floors, ensure all assigned rooms are clean and tidy by the end of shift, report any technical issues and maintenance needs, help guests retrieve lost items.
