.Following the Steps of the Sale, Acknowledging the customer, seeking needs, Showing the product, indicating willingness, selling more, and thanking with regard are the primary SOP that I follow.
· Keep close observation on Footfall, Conversion, UPT, ASP, and ATV, which is also the KPI of the store.
· Maintaining the daily target of the store as well as the monthly and individual targets.
· Providing product knowledge to the customer and guiding them in selecting the product of their necessity as per their use requirements.
· Maintain the Visual display of the store all the time as per brand standards.
· Operate as a cashier and be consistently accurate with money handling, and CCM handling.
· Make reports on sales and KPIs every 4 hours to ensure the store meets its target at the end of the day.
· Closing POS at end of the day, depositing the sale, and sharing sale reports with the team.
