• Coordinate with the other business unit and follow the Pre-Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
• Conduct monthly inspection and servicing of the automotive equipment and automotive lifter in all Mercedes Benz Business Unit.
• Conduct safety inspection and load testing with the Third-Party Automotive Lifter Two Post Lift, Four Post Lift, Scissor Lift, In Ground Lift, Hydraulic Jack, Transmission Jack, Air Axel jack, Air Compressor etc.
• Trouble Shooting and repairing of the Automotive Equipment
• Change oil of Air Compressor and all Automotive Hydraulic Lifter and Equipment.
• Daily reporting to the supervisor and line manager.
• Arrange the material parts quotation from the supplier.
• Corrective Maintenance

• Lead & supervise a team of electrical technician & Maintenance personnel.
• Conduct regular inspection of electrical equipment, to identify Any potential fault, malfunction or safety hazard.
• Coordinate with relevant department to address issues and implement appropriate corrective measure Assist trouble shooting Electrical problem Master clock system Configuration Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, maintenance logs, inspection report and equipment records.
• Responsibility to coordinate for the Permit to work (PTW).

• Installing, calibrating, maintaining and repairing of Electrical and Instrument devices Read and interpret drawings, circuit diagrams and electrical code specifications to plan wiring layouts.
• Installing Electrical wiring and equipment inside and outside of the Sub-Station and main control room.
• Installing switchboard Earthing/bonding Glanding and Termination of Electrical and Instrument cable wire.
• Testing of electrical devices and fire alarm system.
• Fabricate and Installation of Cable tray.
• Cable pulling and dressing from distribution panel to electrical devices.
• Replaces conduit and wiring as needed
• Connects electrical systems to powerlines to provide electricity to the building.

• Install electrical apparatus, fixtures and equipment for other alarms and other systems.

• Read and interpret drawings, circuit diagrams and electrical code specifications to plan wiring layouts.
• Installation of cable tray support and conduit pipe.
• Glanding and termination of cable wire
• Join and connect wire to fixture and components to form a circuit.
• Installation of fire alarm device Like Manual call point, smoke detector and very early smoke detector apparatus (VESDA).
• Cable laying and dressing from distribution panel to electrical devices.
• Installation of lights, switches, and emergency light inside and outside electrical room.
• Install, replace, and repair lighting fixture and electrical control and distribution equipment, such as switches, relay, and circuit breaker panels.

• Install ground leads and connects power cables to equipment.
• Repair and replacement of electrical wiring equipment.
• Constructs and fabricates certain parts by using the correct tools and machinery.
• Repair and replace defective components in motors, grinder, lighting fixtures, switches and varied electrical fixtures
• Install, maintain and repair electrical and electronics parts of machinery and equipment.
• Install and maintain wiring and lighting systems.
• Installation of Cable tray support and different types and size of cable trays.
• Installation of Instrument like temperature, pressure, and level transmitter.
