5. Towing Program Management: Planning and executing an efficient aircraft towing program to optimize concourse allocation and achieve precision times.
6. Emergency Response: Coordinating emergency responses on affected flights, seeking, compiling, and disseminating information to/from service delivery teams and customer airlines.
