Keyroleresponsibilities

  • To generate and maintains corporate accounts / areas through sales activities (face to face sales calls, telephone calls, entertainment) in Dubai, Sharjah & Ras Al Khaimah.
  • To generate new accounts to Action Hotel Ras Al Khaimah and Novotel Bur Dubai based on the assignment communicated with the Cluster Director of Sales & Distribution.
  • Plan 2 sales visits to the cluster hotels per month to show case the hotel to potential clients/ sales calls based on the assigned area.
  • Handle and assist the Cluster Director of Sales & Distribution with reports, presentations, and additional tasks in line with the office demand.
  • Solicits and serves group business, conventions, commercial accounts, associations, travel agents, tour operators, group operators, airlines, and any other source for the cluster hotels.
  • To maintain a high level of exposure for the hotel through direct sales, telephone, fax, written communications.
  • To display a pleasant manner and positive attitude at all times and to promote a good company image to guests and colleagues.
  • To demonstrate pride in the workplace and personal appearance at all times when representing the hotel thus identifying a high level of commitment.
  • To attend major events in the cluster hotels & the county as requested by Department Head
  • To closely coordinate and communicate with Cluster Director of Sales & Distribution with regards to accounts/markets.
  • To ensure comprehensive & complete coverage of own portfolio covering all levels of accounts’ managerial & departmental executives for a comprehensive client servicing, achieving targets and maximum productivity.

  • To ensure that Accor Hotels Sales & Marketing Policies and Standard Operational Procedures are adhered to at all times.
  • To disseminate sales related information to other departments as appropriate.
  • To assist other team members (sales manager ,sales executive, sales coordinator) when required
  • Assist to sales manager /executives/ coordinator and monitor performance when assigned by Cluster Director of Sales & Distribution.
