Involved in 33KV substation 3,33KV Substation 4 and 6.6KV Power Supply Skid, Cathodic Protection System- Involved in Cable Tray Installation, Installation of LV, MV and HV Switchgear, Transformer, UPS, HVAC, Installation of Lighting and small Power system, Installation of Lighting Arrestor, LV,MV and HV Cable Laying, Testing, Glanding and Termination, Installation of Lighting and MOV DB&JB, Installation of Street Light(Pole Type) 9m&20m High mast Light, Installation of F&G System, Installation of CCTV, Speaker in Substation and Field Area, FOC Cable Laying, Splicing and Testing, VESDA System, Bus Duct Installation, CP system Anode Installation, cable Laying, CP Transformer Installation, landing and termination, testing and Commissioning, Earthing Activity and Modification Work.

Responsibilities

• Planning and Coordination of all Electrical site Activities.
• Organizing Manpower, Material Handling and distributing the work as per requirement.
• Preparation of Work Method Statement, Risk Assessment and Material Approval request.
• Assist field engineers to make necessary changes in the construction drawings according to the site conditions.
• Guide Supervisors to the Execution of installation and testing activities as per the drawings, specification and relevant codes/standards.
• Coordination between other discipline and field engineers to ensure proper execution.
• Avoid construction delays by efficiently following through all site inspections.
• Follow up of corrective and preventive action for NCR issued and verification of effectiveness of the same.
• Assisting and carry out the substation SAT Work (Switchgear, MCC, Transformer, UPS , VSD,F&G system, DB Panel Testing, Plant Emergency Generator)
• Testing of Cables, motor winding, Lighting and small Power, Earthing System, HV,MV cable (Cable Splicing, IR test and HIPOT Test Up to 76KV)
• CP systems Testing and Commissioning with Vendor.
• Attended site inspections, liaised with consultants, and actively pursued the closure of Inspection Requests (IRs) and Requests for Information (RFIs).
• Prepared Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and maintained comprehensive progress records to effectively track performance against established program benchmarks

We are working for 33KV Overhead Transmission line work in oil and Gas field. We are working this project under the ADNOC. Our scope of work for Overhead Transmission line tower erection, stringing, sagging, switchgear installation, HV and LV cable laying work, cable termination, OPGW/FOC cable laying, splicing and testing, Earthing, surge arrester and Isolator switch installation works, OHTL testing and commissioning. Very well know about the permit to work system in ADNOC field for oil and gas, know the drawing reading and implemented the work as per drawing and EPC company work procedures.

QAQC Documentation Works like RFI, ITP, and Inspection and Punch list works.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for work procedures, scheduling, cost control, project specification conformity, establishment of manpower levels, monitoring and implementation of safety programs, project conformance to national, local and/or company building codes and the maintenance of accurate records

• Responsible for the satisfactory conduct of all construction operations and task accomplishment in an economical, efficient and timely manner on a project

• Monitors craft performance relative to budget, schedules and deadlines

• Implements and enforces work rules

• Requisitions tools, materials and equipment in accordance with established procedures and necessary lead times

• Prepares and reviews plans, specifications, drawings and schedules to determine work phases and work priorities

• Determines and recommends solutions to construction and architectural discrepancies

• Monitors manpower utilization, effectiveness and productivity

• Facilitates the efficient use of personnel and equipment

• Coordinates movement and use of equipment and supplies with procurement

• Inspects field work to evaluate construction progress, efficiency of operation and cost control. Responsible for overall project workmanship and goal attainment

• To co-ordinate with Electrical contractor for Execution, Erection, Commissioning.

• Responsible for maintaining the checklists and relevant documents

• Implementing PTW(permit to work)system at site

Responsibilites

• Oversees the daily construction activities at work site, including scheduling of workers, delivery of equipment and materials, and progress of the project

• Works with contractors to complete project within the given budget and timeframe

• Resolves contract disputes and arranges any necessary order changes

• Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others

• Develops financial and operational objectives within own area

• Ensures operational plans are aligned with business objectives

• Develops relationships with key internal/external customers to identify emerging needs

• Manages resources to ensure financial objectives are met within own area

• Resolves complex problems that have implications beyond own area

• Manages the performance of employees through goal setting, ongoing assessment and coaching

• Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract documents specifications prior to execution of any jobs

• Coordinates with client/consultants representatives for any site instruction and inspection of works

• Leading and controlling foremen, skilled labour and work crews engaged in all activities.

We are working for 110kv, 230kv Overhead Transmission Line and Substation Project. We are working this project under the TNEB. Our scope of work for Overhead transmission line, Hv cable laying, OPGW laying, cable trenches, cable tray installation and isolator switch installation.HV and LV panel installation work, Solar panel installation works.
