• Being the first point of contact (FPC), maintaining operational communication with designated vessels as per Fleet Group allocation.

• Interviewing potential sea staff and liaison with Crew Co-ordinates on operational matters.
• Authorizing cash advances to Port Agents, cash to Master and agents‟ disbursements.
• Manage office ISPS code responsibilities for nominated vessels, including record maintenance, equipment maintenance, and monthly test routine and annual internal ISPS audit.
