As the operations lead for major events, I am responsible for managing the full scope of work from RFPs, budgeting, staff hiring, planning, builds, event execution, and dismantling. Some of the events I have successfully led or participated in are:

· Led operations for major events such as Dubai GameExpo 2023 & 2024, Hai Ramadan, UAE National Day Concerts, COP28.Client Management within guidelines and procedure

· Coordinated with suppliers, stakeholders, and client groups, ensuring budget control and operational efficiency.

  • Assisted in managing projects from initial concept to event debrief, including budgeting, logistics, and programs.
