• Work closely with the company CEO and Managing director for all major decisions in the company.

• Attending to all Administration, operational requests and client complains to provide best solution and take necessary action.

• Meeting new prospects and investors advising them and on right activity and guiding them to set up the company.

Worked as Sr.Retail Operations Management Executive and handled the entire retail operations and reporting directly to the GM-Retail.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales and Commercial Performance :

• Preparation of monthly, Weekly .Quarterly and yearly reports and present to Management for analysis.
• Setting the targets for the Store Managers and guiding them for an improvement leading to greater achievements

Operational Standards and Management:

• Monitoring store administration through periodical store visits and retail meetings to maximize operational efficiency within area.
• Ensuring all the stores are in compliance with all employment and state laws, health and safety standards.
• Ensuring that the Area Managers are maintaining best retail standards in all showrooms as per market positioning of the brand.

Dubai's only store for luxury brands at factory prices. As the retail business under Time Machine Group, Big Brands Factory Outlet has built itself as the shop full of surprises. This multi brand store retails in perfumes, sunglasses, watches, bags, accessories and cosmetics. Worked with the Head of Retail Operations in improving the entire retail services.Handled the entire store staff including the Area Managers to ensure the customer satisfaction is achieved.Played a vital role in stores expansion and events management.
