- Machine Operator with 3+ Years of Experience at Rane Engine Valve Limited (REVL).
- Assemble, Install, Perform Maintenance & Repair work on mechanical systems & equipments.
- Having a grip of hand tools & power tools to cut, shape, and fit the materials.
- Responsible to carry out day to day plant preventive and break down maintenance with the team of ELECT engineers, electrician and also handles the new project activities along with the new modifications.
- Maintaining all documents downtime, history card of plant maintenance, along with cost analysis and budgeting.
- Carrying out plant modification and new project work as per drawing.
- Boiler and Switch yard Annual planning and evacuation.
- Responsible for efficient operation of all utility like steam boiler, T.F, Heater, chilling plant.
- Familiar with maintenance of PMCC, MCC PANEL, and PLC & DCS System
- Develop new vendor, code generate and indenting for electrical maintenance team which has to maintain proper inventory of all electrical goods as per plant requirement.
- All Boiler equipments, switch yard and substation work carried as per weekly & monthly preventive action plan preparation to avoid break down.
- Proficiency in MS-Office, different software tools and documentation.
- Familiar with daily material management through ERP system.
- Familiar to do out-sourcing job estimation, job order and Billing.
- Maintaining Proper Co-ordination with vendors and parties.
- Well aware with industrial standard and norms, liaise and coordinate with internal stakeholders, equity partners to define improvement and integrations strategies and processes to increase the efficiency.
