Responsibilities

• Lead commercial governance processes, including contract administration, valuations, and final account settlements, to ensure project success.
• Manage variations and claims, safeguarding the Company’s commercial interests throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare monthly cost-value reconciliations, identifying cost risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Mentor and manage the Quantity Surveyors team, providing guidance and support to achieve project objectives.

Responsibilities

• Prepared budget, cashflow and cost report, identifying cost to completion of labour, material, preliminaries, and subcontractor accruals.
• Measured progress and compiling interim payment application with substantiate documents as stated in Contract.
• Attend commercial meetings and follow up with the Engineer/Employer for the review and approval of all commercial submissions.
• Review Engineering Instructions, RFI and Approved Shop Drawings to identify additional works, notify to the Client or Consultant, prepared and submitting the cost impact with complying contractual requirements.

• Fit Out and MEP Works of Patchi Boutique-Dubai Mall, Yas Mall & Emirates Mall (Patchi - AED 9.5 M).

Responsibilities

• Preparation of budget, cashflow and cost report, identifying cost to completion of labour, material, preliminaries, and subcontractor accruals.
• Measure progress and compiling interim payment application with substantiate documents as stated in Contract.
• Selection of subcontractors for working packages, evaluating quotations, and preparing comparison and issuing subcontract agreement.
• Evaluate and certifying of Subcontractor’s interim payment applications, variations and final accounts.

• Fit Out and Maintenance Works of Colombia Pavilion (Republic of Colombia - AED 36 M).

Responsibilities

• Review the tender drawings, schedules, specifications of given project and accordingly prepare the work packages, budget, and cost report.
• Prepare and compiling interim & final payment application with relevant documents.
• Identify variations, notify to the Client or Consultant accordingly prepare and compiling variation order request with all the relevant substantiates.
• Preparation of additional claims & prolongation cost for extension of time.
