Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • ID SITE MANAGER: Oversee the end-to-end project management process, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within the budget allocated to ID scope.
  • Reviewing shop drawing packages submitted by contractors to ensure compliance with ID IFC, project specifications, and design intent.
  • Reviewing materials and sample submissions and studying alternatives proposed by contractors or subcontractors to verify suitability for the project & design requirements.
  • Identify any discrepancies or potential issues and collaborate with ID & construction team members to address them effectively & propose alternatives & solutions matching site requirements & conditions.
  • Mock-Up Inspections: Oversee the creation and review of mock-ups to match design.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct site inspections for all related ID inspection requests and evaluate construction progress, quality of workmanship.
  • Responding to Request for Information (RFI) and confirmation of verbal instructions (CVI).
  • Arranging and attending ID technical meetings and design workshops with all related disciplines.
  • Snagging and De-snagging inspections to identify and document any defects, deficiencies, or deviations from the IFC ID or project specifications during the construction phase. And finally, follow-up de-snagging activities to confirm a satisfactory completion of identified issues before project completion.
