• Overlooking the Interior Design Department, overseeing a portfolio of high-end residential and mixed-use developments across JVC, Dubai Land, and Dubai Islands. Direct the full project lifecycle from concept through design development, consultant management, procurement, value engineering, and project delivery, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, brand standards, design intent, quality expectations, approved budgets, and delivery milestones.

• Leading the Interior Design Department, overseeing the delivery of high-end residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use projects from concept development through construction administration.
• Led multidisciplinary teams of interior designers, managing project resources, schedules, budgets, and deliverables to achieve project objectives in accordance with client requirements.
• Directed all phases of the design process, including concept design, space planning, design development, FF&E specification, material selection, tender documentation, authority approvals, and construction documentation, ensuring creative excellence, technical accuracy, and buildability.
