  • Managing Variations: Vigilant about the scope changes and evaluate the same and submit to the consultant/client while ensuring proper documentations

  • Cash flow management: Monitoring the payment cycles and ensure timely invoicing to maintain positive cash flow

  • Payment Certification: Verify and certify the payment to subcontractors as per the subcontract and site progress

  • Co-ordination with Sub Contractors: Act as a bridge between subcontractors and project team to resolve the issues and keep the project in track

  • Final account preparation: Closing out the project with a final account, reconciling all payments, variations and claims

  • Subcontractor's finalization: Floating the inquiries to subcontractor’s scope of work, negotiate and finalize the subcontractor including agreement preparation
