• Managed the Commercial & Contracts Department, procuring integrated facility management services and overseeing the tendering process for Dubai Properties Freehold communities, Dubai Internet City, Media City, Knowledge Village, Studio City, IMPZ, DOZ, Academic City, DHCC, Industrial City, DIFC, WASL, etc.

• Managed a QS team on behalf of ‘The Engineer' (JV between Systra and Parsons) for the Dubai Metro project, 35 km long LRT network, Red Line & Green Lines, overseeing valuation of architectural variations of approx. value of AED 12 billion claimed by the Main Contractor, DURL consortium (Mitsubishi Heavy Ind., Mitsubishi Corp., Obayashi Corp., Kajima Corp., and Yapı Merkezi) and ensuring compliance with contract terms.

• Handled Procurement, tendering processes, post-contract administration, and cost reporting for various Dubai Properties projects/packages like JBR, Business Bay, Mudon, etc

• Managed the post-contract administration, including cost reports, payment applications, variations, claims, and final account preparation for the Burjuman Center expansion project.

• Managing the Estimation Dept., costing of tenders, Tender submissions, negotiations to secure the award, procure subcontract packages, post-contract commercial functions, cash flow projections, etc. Streamline processes for increased efficiency, implementing advanced software tools & team training.
• Managed multiple bid submissions without compromising accuracy or timeliness, reflecting strong organizational skill, reduced estimation errors through diligent cost database management, maintain accurate labor, material costs, and plant rates.
