We take clients from all movement spectrums (professional athletes to sedentary individuals) through technical PNF stretching routines combined with breathing patterns aimed at improving functional musculoskeletal flexibility, range of motion, and mobility aimed at achieving individual mobility goals

Key responsibilities include:

  • Taking clients through assisted stretching using PNF, joint mobility techniques while assessing client's flexibility and educating clients on mobility during stretch sessions.
  • Provide mobility evaluations and assessments for clients as part of studio sessions. Establishing flexibility and mobility goals for clients.
  • Level 1 Flexologist Course Tutor of Tutor. Responsible for taking prospective Flexologist through course required for qualifying to administer professional assisted one on one stretching

  • Part of conditioning and rehab team for three men's' rugby team (senior league to academy grade), two ladies rugby team (senior team and academy) and kids rugby developmental side.

  • Work alongside two senior physiotherapists and team's orthopedic department to manage injuries sustained among two junior teams, two women teams and three senior teams on and off competition season.
  • Advise coaches on injury state of athletes and clear players to get back to training/play as needed.
  • Attend World Rugby mandatory player welfare courses to learn new, pertinent findings to improve athlete welfare, safety and care.
