  • Represents CMAOD and the 21st TSC at meetings and conferences throughout the EUCOM and AFRICOM AOR’s with Host Nation local, national officials and US embassy personnel regarding the recovery, movement, and processing of the remains of authorized personnel IAW US Code Title X, 1481-1492 and the AR638-2.
  • Led supervisory functions for 12 assigned personnel, including both active duty soldiers and civilians, within regional mortuary framework. Implemented training programs for workforce enhancement while integrating temporary personnel. Managed a diverse team of four enlisted and seven civilian workers at E-4 to E-8 and GS-12 levels. Facilitated operational readiness through effective personnel oversight.
  • Maintains a Disaster Mortuary Affairs Recovery Team equipped, trained, and ready to deploy as direct ICW medical and other support personnel to recover, identify, and process multiple remains at crash sites or other mass casualty incidents.
  • Oversaw disinterment operations and recovery of remains following USAREUR and USEUCOM guidelines. Developed and implemented recovery plans for osseous material related to prior conflicts. Executed directives from USAREUR task orders or FRAGO regarding remains disinterment.
  • Interfaces and coordinates with the Armed Force Regional Medical Examiner and staff to receive and process remains. Coordinates mortuary affairs training to medical personnel and to military units in the EUCOM AOR .
