Prepare lift plan for all Category as per LIMS
Job performer for Lifting activity in the ADNOC specialties.
Supervise all lifting activities in the constitution site structural, Vessels, Tanks and Piping erection to insure the safety of the rigging crews during lifting operations.
Before starting the lifting activities, Ensure that all rigging tackles used for lifting are in good condition
Ensure Color Code Sytem.
Perform toolbox meeting before starting the activities regarding safety and how to perform the job in a safe manner and brieng the RA (Risk Assessment) to the lifting team
Daily hazard checklists and certications of crew and equipment.
Prepare permit for crane lifting activities
Assign types of equipment and rigging groups for any lifting activities
Guide and Co-Ordinate with rigging team for any critical lifting activities
Calculate crane capacity in regard to the load to be lifted as well as the sling to be used
Pulled all measurements and made calculation to determine the Rigging and equipment needed to complete the job
Collaborate with the production manager to create and manage all amergency rescue plan
Complete all quality control for rigs submitted for review for artistic Determine the COG of a load that an oset center of gravity - Expert
Conduct all types of lifting operations (routine and non routine) - Expert
Provide advice, recommendations, and information on safety issues with regard to climbing equipment and working at height
Supervise all aspects relating to artistic and structural rigging during load-in, performance and load-out
Ensure the rigging team and technical personnel respect standerd and regulations regarding rigging equipment safety and apply safe work methods.
Supervise personnel during the load-in and load-out of the rigging level, column heat exchanger, and valve equipment.
Maintaining standerds of Safety and Quality as per the company procedures.
Organize Manpower, Materials and equipment for Daily Site Requirements.
Coordinate for the shutdown Lifting Activities.
Plays a leadership role in development of the safety culture on the project, making safety a natural part of all work performs.
Read and Understand the isometric, Piping support, structural support, vessels & P& ID drawings.
Conduct toolbox meetings with crew on a daily basis and before starting any job activity.
Ensure that all safety items required in the permit to work (PTW) are adequate/available and ensure full compliance with the PTW during the task being carried out.
Read and understand the Risk Assessments.
Carry out the required activities safety with the full PPE.
Ensure that the work site is in good housekeeping and all equipment is maintained properly.
