  • Responsible for the proper, efficient and profitable functioning of the Day to Day operations of Food & Beverage and Pool & Beach Operations
  • Responsible for the planning, organizing, directing and coordinating all outlet operations

  • Work closely with the leadership team to ensure correct stock levels are available from the Purchasing Department to assist the operational Food and Beverage and Pool & Beach teams
  • Create, recommend and implement promotions, displays, buffet presentations and ideas to capture more in house guests and a larger share of the local market
  • Respond to customer trends, needs, issues, comments and problems to ensure a quality experience and enhance future sales prospects
  • Ensure that hotel standards, policies and rules are properly understood and followed throughout
