- Maintain zero loss time accidents in all pumping stations and reservoirs during maintenance activities through compliance with QHSE standards by December 2023.

- Electrical design and review: Participates in material review, design, engineering and specification review, testing & commissioning, SAT & FAT witness inside and outside UAE.

- With respect to the Electrical scope, participates in formulating the technical specifications, materials submittal reviews, site and factory inspections of the materials, preparation of snag lists for rectifications as and when required for Projects

- Responsible to ensure the reliable operation and maintenance of Reverse Osmosis plants

- Monitors Electrical equipment maintenance and replacement programs conducted by contractors and ensure that activities are carried out as per DEWA procedures and standards
- Reviews scheduled, preventive and corrective Electrical equipment maintenance plan, formulate Electrical equipment overhaul schedules, material requisitions, staff allocation schedules/ work plans, daily program of works, etc

- Monitors the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) of the NOD for the Unit and take initiatives to keep up an optimum level in order to achieve the Sectional and Departmental goals & objectives
- Participates in the development and implementation of maintenance strategies to improve overall reliability and safety of Electrical equipment’s in pumping stations, reservoirs and well fields
- Responsible for reviewing the team’s daily work schedules related to Electrical equipment for corrective and preventive maintenance
- Assign work tasks to the direct reporters and review the activities
- Communicating with the teams for attending breakdown maintenance/ emergency
