Awarding all the project Subcontracting packages within the required time frame and Budget with a total of more than 18 Subcontractor (EPC Tanks 68Nos, EPC Buildings 44Nos, Civil, MEI, Heavy lift, Etc..) placing the Project Purchase orders on time and ensuring a timely delivery, Communicating and Coordinating with the Construction Team on site in order to create the visibility for the work fronts of the various Subcontractors and in order to clear any technical requirement.
