Production planning:

· Effective planning of production based on sales priority.

Production control:

· Create and implement SOP for production process that ensures productions targets are met consistently and efficiently.

· Ensure required spares are available machine & coordinate with relevant department.

· Identify existing Machines/Mould in which repeated abnormality is observed and suggest for needful correction.

Development:

· Review current production process/output & suggest possible modification to process, machine, material & mould to increase output & reduce production cost.

· Keep record of sales demand and suggest additional machines, mould to increase productivity.

· Suggest on adding new machines, equipment’s, Mould.

· Stive for continuous improvement to enhance overall productivity & operation success.

Safety Compliance:

· Enforce workplace safety regulations and ensure a safe environment.

· Conduct safety briefings and ensure employees follow established safety protocols.
