• On floor SME working closely with critical business stakeholders for requirements gathering of projects and enhancements, design solution, detailed documentation, functional and UAT testing across different functional areas majorly Front office, middle office, shipping and operations.
• Currently working on couple of projects for instance Biofuels Implementation, Reconciliation of Trading and Shipping and Time Charter system as Functional SME.
• Primary point of contact for clients and business at client location for planning, prioritization and delivery of enhancements and change requests.
• Delivery lead for one of the first upgrades to v22 (v16.1 to v22) for an oil trading implementation. Responsible for Go-Live cutover planning, environment management, technical and functional support for the team of 8 members, interacting with Openlink SME for getting the core issues resolved.
• Led the Application development team of 15+ members to deliver several enhancements and change requests
• Collaborated with Openlink counterparts to precisely communicate the business requirements, functional testing of the core module and enhancements such as Sustainability module, Mark to Intent pricing functionality, Historical VaR etc.

• Offshore Lead responsible for functional and technical support for EOD execution and L2/L3 support team.
• Design solution and development of complex enhancement, bug fixes and performance tuning of Position and PNL UDSRs, Tax, Settlement and Accounting module.
• Involved in redesigning and migration of EOD reporting logic from HANA/Tableu to Informatica/Qlik view. Also implemented EOD and recon reports in Qlik view for Market Risk Analysts.
• SVN Administrator and Offshore release manager for several project releases.

Client - Centrica, London

• With two years of hands-on experience at client location in UK, served as primary Endur Functional and Technical Analyst for prominent UK-based client engaged in 24*7 Gas and Power Trading Operations.
• Provide support to business users across all functional areas (Front, Middle, and Back Office).
• Requirement gathering and devise solutions while operating onsite.
• Engaged extensively in Endur Version Upgrade project (v8.2 to v12) identifying and resolving bugs. Additionally, conducted comprehensive testing of all Endur Interfaces and End of Day processes to ensure seamless functionality across upgraded system.
• Experience in operating within SLA-based framework and provide day-to-day prompt operational support to Gas and Power traders ensuring seamless trading operations.
• Proficient in writing complex enhancement logics, bug fixes, and optimizing UDSR and Connex Interface scripts, MTM reports, and Power position extracts to other scheduling systems.
• Participating in implementation and roll-outs of various Endur Products, including European Gas Futures and Power Futures.
