· Partnering with line managers on identifying the hiring needs and coordinating the manpower budgeting for the year.

· Driving the recruitment, induction and on-boarding process for all levels primarily in-house recruiting as occasional coordination with vendors.

· Liaising with department heads in drafting job descriptions, interview process coordination and interviewing candidates to determine their fitment.

· Prepare the hiring proposals in line with the benchmarks set internally for the role.
