Key Responsibilities:

• Organizing safety induction training to new personal.
• Participate in Hazard identification & Risk assessment procedure with the HSE, execution / construction team.
• Identify HSE issues & Memorandums and submit reports to Clients with implemented corrective action and control measures.
• Implement emergency evacuation plan and communicate to all the levels.
• Maintaining and submitting weekly & monthly statistics and other HSE documents.
• Participate in Investigation of all near miss incidents & suggest for the corrective/ control measures.
• Organizing in house training and mandatory training to the employees and keeping records.
• Regular site visit for coordination and reporting to O&M Manager/ management for further actions if needed..
• Ensure the quality of Personnel Protective Equipment and emergency requirements like first aid, fire extinguishers etc- as per project requirements.
• Periodical inspection of Safety Equipments- Fire Extinguishers, Power Tools, Full Body Harness, Spill Kits etc.
• Periodical inspection of vehicles used at site- Beacon lamps, first aid kits, color coding stickers etc.
• Coordinating external trainings to the employees and keeping records.
• Monitoring waste disposal is in accordance with the client waste management manual requirement as also as per UAE Government regulations.
• Organizing weekly site safety meetings.
• Organizing HSE Campaigns.
• Organizing weekly mass Tool Box Talks.
• Monitoring closely on the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) delivered by supervisors to the workforce.
• Providing welfare facilities in site in co-ordination with site management.

• Conducting Tool Box Talks.
• Checking of detection systems and fire extinguishers.
• Conducting emergency drills.
• Conducting weekly site safety meetings.
• Reporting about various hazards in site and initiating necessary action.
• Keep in readiness firefighting squad and medical support and first aid help for the personnel.
• Coordinating with consultant and client.
• Investigate site incidents and accidents formulate report on the finding and make recommendations to the company in order to avoid re occurrence of such incidents and accidents.
