Strategic Cost Management: Attained an impressive 52.70% reduction in post-order costs compared to budgeted procurement expenses, resulting in a substantial 32.18% increase in the organization's overall gross margin.

Vendor Development: Successfully identified and integrated nine foundries (including Sand, Investment, & Ceramic Core) for the supply of F/M casings, Diffusers & Impellers, and Bearing Housings for all BB & OH series pumps, along with narrow passage impellers, This initiative led to a 30% margin improvement and a significant reduction in turnaround time, Additionally, cultivated relationships with reputable vendors for one-off supplies, eliminating the need for MOQ references and it led to eliminate uncertain dead inventory

Zero-Inventory Raw Material Management: Achieved a zero-inventory level of raw materials by introducing new vendors and assisting existing machining vendors in providing finished goods, This initiative eliminated wastage, reduced quality risks, and substantially reduced lead times, This effort also led to increased capacities at the inhouse machine shop and other support functions of Stores, Planning, and Logistics, contributing to a 20% improvement in gross margin.

Arranged pre-dispatch inspections by reputable third-party agencies.
