• Raise RFI for clarification & execution of the IFC drawing.
• Prepare mobilization plan & getting approval from consultant.
• Liaise with PRO & Authorities for benchmark, shoring inspection, structural inspection, demolition, blocking the asphalt road, concrete pouring & building completion.
• Schedule of construction material & project resources considering project budget & duration.
• Schedule of sub-contractors & Receive quotation from them.
• Prepare comparison chart for sub-contractors & forward to Head office to finalize and LPO.
• Guide the project team for shop drawing preparation, method statement preparation, submittals & BBS (bar Bending Schedule)
• Monitor the log of prequalification for sub-contractor & supplier, technical submittal for material, shop drawing and MEP.
• Preparing weekly / monthly report, managing reports & site documents
• Maintain QA/QC documents for concrete cube, block & various construction materials.
• Conduct trial mix at approved concrete supplier plant with consultant.
• Raise material request & follow up with purchase department for LPO.
• Follow up the suppliers for material delivery & machinery delivery.
• Lead the project team & sub-contractors and follow them for work completion in time.
• Conduct daily meetings with project team and subcontractors &solve the outstanding issues.
• Prepare & certify the bills for various sub-contractors.
• Arrange competent certificate & third-party certificate for workforce & machineries respectively.
• Arrange daily task briefing to the workers & toolbox meeting with HSE Department
