- Understanding market share of all clients and trying to improve their production and to overcome any objections through client meeting.
- Full knowledge of competitors key clients and their product through regular competitor visits.
- Targeting the competitor clients with unique selling points and clients objections with competitors.
- To work closely with operation teams and to ensure all the client specific requests are met.
- Maintains highest level of professionalism in activities and appearance at all times.
- Focusing on getting more new business through Sales Blitz, Competitor Visits, Online research, nearby projects, client referrals.
- Focusing on getting more site inspections by bringing the new client to see the product by offering complimentary stay or meal.
- Updating the Sales Activity system on daily basis.
- Reporting on the monthly sales performance to General Manager and Sales Directors.
- Distributes information to all Departments regarding needs and requirements of corporates, Airlines and events taking place in our hotel.
- Monitors business trends and directs adjustments to Revenue Maximization Strategies.
- Monitoring the monthly performance with Sales KPI.
- Effectively managing the shift timings and replying to the clients on timely manner.
