  • Understanding market share of all clients and trying to improve their production and to overcome any objections through client meeting.
  • Full knowledge of competitors key clients and their product through regular competitor visits.
  • Targeting the competitor clients with unique selling points and clients objections with competitors.
  • To work closely with operation teams and to ensure all the client specific requests are met.
  • Maintains highest level of professionalism in activities and appearance at all times.
  • Focusing on getting more new business through Sales Blitz, Competitor Visits, Online research, nearby projects, client referrals.
  • Focusing on getting more site inspections by bringing the new client to see the product by offering complimentary stay or meal.
  • Updating the Sales Activity system on daily basis.
  • Reporting on the monthly sales performance to General Manager and Sales Directors.
  • Distributes information to all Departments regarding needs and requirements of corporates, Airlines and events taking place in our hotel.
