Roles and Responsibilities:

• On Site Visits Monitor all are complying Safety procedures and ensure equipment are in place
• Compliance with basic ADNOC trainings(H2S Awareness and Escape level-2, ADSD, Basic First Aid)
• Manage Road Safety Requirements(IVMS, ADSD, Spot Checks)
• Attain Trainings (Induction, TBT’s, Awareness, Safety Procedures and LFI’s)
• Internal and External Audits
• Involve in HSE Policies and Procedures
• Take Part in Meetings/ Trainings/ Awareness
• Carry out Safety Inspections(Daily/Routine, Vehicles, Environment and Camp)
• Make HSE Plan and Procedures(Lifting Plan, Emergency Plan and Procedures of High Risk Activities)
• Review the company’s impact on environment and to minimize the impact on company’s surroundings
• Investigate incidents (find immediate, underlying and root cause) and develop corrective actions
• Comply and updating with the medical and periodic medical test for employees

Duties and Responsibilities

• Support the HSE managing & department planning, coordinating and implementing of effective HSE policies
• Inspect facilities for adherence to fire, hazard and safety guidelines
• Near miss and accident reporting and take actions to prevent re occurrence
• Communicate safe methods and procedures to accomplish construction tasks and delivered safety training classes
