• Install, configure, and maintain all ELV systems, including IP and Analog cameras, Access Control system, Gate barriers, Intercom etc.,
• Hands on experience on SIRA related works including portal handling, SPC drawing preparation in Auto-CAD software, SVG layout preparation in professional software,
• Hands on experience on SIRA requirements and videguard device configurations.
• Hands on experience on SIRA related inspection and obtained SIRA certificate.
• Perform site surveys to assess installation requirements.
• Troubleshoot and repair faulty systems, including cabling, cameras, DVRs/NVRs, and network connections.
• Integrate CCTV systems with security alarms, access control, and monitoring software.
• Ensure proper cabling (coaxial, Cat5/6) and power supply management.

• Mount cameras, run cabling, and ensure system concealment and safety compliance.
• Maintain CCTV systems through periodic inspections and firmware/software updates.
• Replace or upgrade hardware and components when needed.

• Configure IP addresses and subnet masks for network-based systems.
• Work with routers, switches, and PoE (Power over Ethernet) technologies.
• Ensure proper bandwidth usage and network performance optimization for video streaming.

• Maintain accurate records of installations, service logs, and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and local surveillance laws.
• Prepare technical reports and system documentation for clients or management.

• Provide technical support and guidance to clients or end-users.
• Explain system operation, troubleshooting steps, and maintenance procedures to non-technical users.
• Coordinate with security managers, contractors, and IT personnel on project needs.

• Strong knowledge of CCTV brands (Hikvision, Dahua, Axis, etc.).
• Experience with video management software (VMS) and video analytics.
• Familiarity with structured cabling and electrical systems.
• Ability to work at heights and handle tools safely.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCTV Installation Certificate, CompTIA Network+, etc.).

• SIRA Video guard installation and configurations.
• Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support and service resources to align solution design with customers business requirements.
• Coordinate with Presales team to Design CCTV System as per the SIRA regulations.
• CCTV-DVR And NVR configuration as per the system requirements.
• Assisting and coordinating with ground team with multiple project at the same time during implementation and commissioning stage.

• Update and verify the daily activities report in record sheet and as well maintain documentation of Checklist ,Reading sheet and complaint register in record sheet
