In my capacity as the Assistant Head of Secondary, I assume a leadership role in overseeing Secondary Behaviour, Pastoral Care, Attendance, and Punctuality. I am also responsible for the training of Middle Leaders within the institution. Drawing upon insights from PASS data, I collaborate with the counsellor to triangulate information and ensure a comprehensive approach to student well-being. Moreover, I adeptly manage the Secondary House structure, cultivating a positive and supportive environment within the school community.

• Ensure that curriculum planning, development and delivery meets the needs of all pupils within the school
