Recently joined Al-Salt Hospital as an Entrepreneurship Midwife, where I provide high-quality maternal and newborn care while also contributing innovative approaches to enhance patient services. My role integrates clinical midwifery expertise with entrepreneurial initiatives, focusing on:

• Supporting women throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum with evidence-based, compassionate care.
• Introducing new practices and patient-centered solutions to improve maternal health outcomes.
• Collaborating with medical teams to strengthen quality, efficiency, and accessibility of maternity services.
• Exploring opportunities for service development, patient education, and community engagement within the hospital setting.

This position allows me to combine my clinical skills with leadership and innovation, contributing to both healthcare delivery and the advancement of sustainable maternity care models.

• Monitored maternal and fetal health during labor and delivery to ensure safety.
• Provided emotional support to patients and families throughout birthing process.
• Collaborated with healthcare teams to create personalized care plans for patients.
• Educated patients on prenatal care, breastfeeding, and postpartum recovery techniques.
• Responded promptly to emergencies such as shoulder dystocia and umbilical cord prolapse.
• Assessed labor progress by tracking dilation, effacement, station, and contractions.
• Evaluated maternal vital signs including pulse rate, temperature, and blood pressure during labor.
• Counseled women on postpartum care, including breastfeeding techniques and infant safety practices.
