PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

Procurement Reporting -Took on the challenge for developing a quarterly procurement report from the ground up to be presented to the board members. Project involved extracting and analyzing existing data, determining the content and structure of the report along with the relevant calculations to create a panoramic snapshot of the procurement activities and its strategy.

Vendor Management - Instrumental in updating the vendor database post systems migration from Dynamics 2012 to Dynamics 365. This included updating all attributes associated with each vendor in the system, along with exploring the various functionalities of Dynamics 365.

Contracts Management - Was a key player in creating a centralized contracts management process under the procurement department for effective tracking and governance of the external vendor contracts as well as internal customer SLAs.
