  • Responsible of the business assurance at the telcos owned by the group (Telecel CAR and Vodafone Ghana)
  • Handling all revenue assurance controls for prepaid and postpaid by creating, optimizing, and automating reporting
  • Setting fraud detection algorithms on the network relying on internal mechanisms and cutting cost
  • Securing all mobile money transactions by creating algorithms to detect suspicious behaviours and activities
  • Validating all corporate services and preventing internal fraud
  • Performing cost and margin assurance on Interco traffic
  • Setting roaming reconciliation techniques between data clearing house, billing and operator and reviewingcommercial agreements
  • Creating churn prediction models using machine learning
