● Manage incoming shipments from local and Inter-country suppliers. Supervise the offloading upon shipment arrival, check shipment size and all corresponding documents and physically check all items in the shipment.
● Answer telephone calls and provide information by answering questions and requests.
● Operate a range of office machines such as photocopiers, computers, and faxes.
● Sending mails to concerned departments such as supply chain team, showrooms, admin dept, and I.T department regarding follow-up and stock issues.
● Draft the report for any discrepancies and daily report on incoming shipments, the outbound reports daily.
● Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies.
● Generating picking lists from store orders and arranging the schedule for delivery.
● Write off all faulty, expired and damaged items on warehouse and showroom returns. Perform monthly inventory.
● Resolving differences and discrepancies in stock receiving & Dispatching.
● Checking all outgoing stock and preparing Merchandise Delivery Report (MDR).
● Observe safety measures and good housekeeping within the facility and take charge of the brand operations in absence of my supervisor.
